The Golden Age Dental Network
is quickly becoming the network of choice. Our rapid growth is largely due
to the consumer's embrace of our program and, just as important, how we are
being received by the Dental Profession community, many of whom refer their
patients to our network.
We
invite you to join our growing Network today.
By joining
the Golden Age Dental Network not only will you be saving time
in reduced insurance paperwork and lower administrative costs, you will gain
access to the large and ever-growing membership of the Golden Age
Dental Network.
We offer participating providers
the option of having their own free
profile page within our website. This is a great opportunity for
free advertising and web exposure.
In
addition, you will be a part of an ambitious campaign to promote our new
network in your area, including:
- Promoting to our
existing groups such as companies, unions and associations.
- Expanding our base by
promoting to new groups and individuals.
- Utilizing print
advertising, including daily and weekly newspapers
- Online advertising
including this website
- Radio, television and cable and direct mail.
Based on the
commitments we have already received from a number of unions and retiree
groups, coupled with our new marketing efforts, we are confident this
network will enjoy continued success.

ways of becoming a Participating Provider
Preferred Network Provider:
As a Preferred Provider, you will be offering dental services to our members at reduced rates as indicated in the GADN Network Fee
Schedule.

There are two ways to join as an Associate
Provider. You may offer our network
members the following standard associate provider discounts. |
Junior Members
(age 61 and under) |
20% discount on *Minor procedures and
30% discount on **Major procedures. |
Senior Members
(age 62 and over) |
25% discount on *Minor procedures and
35% discount on **Major procedures. |

OR
You decide the discount level you are
willing to extend to our members, your level/percentage of discount will be
posted by your listings in our network providers list.
In this context, *Minor Procedures are procedures that cost
less than $1,000 and **Major Procedures are procedures that cost $1,000
or more at the treating provider's usual charge for the same services.
A single treatment that requires several minor procedures that total more than
$1,000 shall be considered and billed at the Major Procedure discount
level.
